Barbell VooDoo — Lost, Stolen & Missing Shipment Policy

We work hard to ensure every order arrives safely. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s hands — but if an issue arises, we’ll help resolve it.

1. Lost in Transit (Not Marked Delivered)

An order is considered lost if tracking has not updated for:

  • 10+ business days (domestic)

  • 20+ business days (international)

We will file a carrier claim on your behalf. Once confirmed lost, we will provide:

  • A free replacement, or

  • Store credit for the full order value (if replacement is unavailable).

Customers do not need to contact the carrier.


2. Marked “Delivered” but Missing

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors.

  • Contact the carrier to open an investigation.

If still missing, we may offer a one-time courtesy reshipment at our discretion.

Important:

  • No refunds will be issued on reshipped orders marked delivered.

  • If inventory is unavailable, store credit (excluding shipping) will be provided.


3. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details.

  • Orders lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacement.

  • If returned to us, we can reship once a new shipping label is paid.

  • If the error was ours, we will replace at no cost.


4. Carrier Delays

Weather, holidays, peak seasons, and operational disruptions may cause delays. These do not qualify as lost until the timeframes above are met.


5. Claim Window

Claims must be submitted within:

  • 14 days of last tracking update, or

  • 7 days from marked delivery (theft claims).

Late claims may not be eligible.


6. High-Value Orders & Fraud Prevention

We may require signature confirmation or insurance on high-value shipments.
Excessive claims may result in denial of replacement or refusal of service.
