For those that don’t or might not know. Middle TN was rocked by a F3 tornado the early hours of Tuesday morning. Thousands affected and so many have responded to help those families.

This post if about one of our own. One of the family businesses effected was CrossFit Hermitage. Their building and contents are completely gone (see pictures).

I personally can’t imagine what they are going through and the shear overwhelming factors that go into trying to pick up the pieces to get some sense of normalcy back into their lives and the lives of those that attend their gym.

Upon Hearing their story, we knew what we had to do.

100%of the proceeds for this shirt go straight to CrossFit Hermitage to help rebuild so they can go back to changing the lives of those in their community, and i know they will.

I ask you to please tag your gym and ask that they share and have their followers share.
